A fantastic opportunity to join one of our rapidly growing Digital Agency clients as an Ecommerce Manager. Location: Leeds based - Hybrid working Salary: Up to £32,000 based on experience Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute tailored e-commerce strategies that align with client goals. Identify digital opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns. Oversee daily website operations, including content updates, merchandising, and product optimization. Manage website updates, new features, and performance enhancements. Work with development teams to improve UX, functionality, and site performance. Oversee e-commerce P&L statements. Analyse Google Analytics data and generate daily and monthly performance reports. Conduct weekly competitor audits to stay competitive. Ensure web projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Liaise between development and client services teams. Conduct digital audits and SWOT analyses to guide strategic recommendations. Align strategies with client expectations. Skills and Qualifications: Expertise in search engine marketing, display ads, social media, and affiliate marketing. Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and website development processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong presentation and client engagement skills. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Location: Leeds based - Hybrid working Salary: Up to £32,000 based on experience Role description: Overseeing the development and execution of strategic e-commerce plans for clients, including both long-term annual strategies and day-to-day trading activities. Coordinating internal teams to implement cross-channel marketing campaigns. Managing or overseeing internal resources to ensure effective daily website management, including: Updating banners and content Managing visual merchandising Setting up and optimizing products and offers Identifying, briefing, and testing web development tasks to introduce new features, improve functionality, and enhance website performance in areas such as UX, assets, merchandising, and apps. Managing the production of the e-commerce channel's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. Proactively identifying digital opportunities and providing strategic recommendations. Analyzing Google Analytics data to inform and shape e-commerce strategies. Preparing and distributing daily trading reports and monthly performance summaries. Conducting weekly competitor audits to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring web design and development projects are executed smoothly, within budget, and on schedule. Enforcing adherence to the Development Workflow Process. Supporting the development team and acting as the liaison between them and the client services team for development projects. Comfortable working with data, including report generation and insights using Microsoft Excel. Ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks according to business needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in presenting ideas, and capable of persuading and engaging clients. Proactive problem-solver, using initiative to address challenges. An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Digital Agency as a Social Media Content Creator, reporting into the Account Director. Location: Leeds/Hybrid. Salary: £28,000 Day-to-day, your responsibilities will encompass: Working alongside the in-house creative team and Creative Director, creating high-quality social media content that meets the client’s brief and adheres to brand guidelines. Creating content that encompasses photography, video and graphic-led design. Manage the success of your content published on social media channels, such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and LinkedIn. Edit older content to fit the standards and requirements of a new brief. Maintain workflow and fulfil briefs on time.
