Ecommerce Manager 

A fantastic opportunity to join one of our rapidly growing Digital Agency clients as an Ecommerce Manager. 

Location: Leeds based - Hybrid working 

Salary: Up to £32,000 based on experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored e-commerce strategies that align with client goals.

  • Identify digital opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee daily website operations, including content updates, merchandising, and product optimization.

  • Manage website updates, new features, and performance enhancements.

  • Work with development teams to improve UX, functionality, and site performance.

  • Oversee e-commerce P&L statements.

  • Analyse Google Analytics data and generate daily and monthly performance reports.

  • Conduct weekly competitor audits to stay competitive.

  • Ensure web projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

  • Liaise between development and client services teams.

  • Conduct digital audits and SWOT analyses to guide strategic recommendations.

  • Align strategies with client expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in search engine marketing, display ads, social media, and affiliate marketing.

  • Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and website development processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong presentation and client engagement skills.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges.

  • Ability to understand and meet client needs.

  • Effective team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
